Hi, I'm Eliza.
I'm a strategic communications and public policy professional with 15 years of experience working alongside senior leaders in government, philanthropy, NGOs, and the private sector. I love turning complex, technical topics into clear, engaging stories that resonate with their target audience. I'm good at finding creative solutions to sticky problems, and I help teams navigate complexity, competing priorities, and diverse stakeholders to create practical comms strategies that deliver results.
I hold a Master's in Public Administration with a focus on development practice from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs and a Bachelor's in Foreign Service from Georgetown University. Although my academic specialty is in development economics, I have experience diving into technical research across disciplines, from computer science and applied AI to political science, climate science, energy engineering, and more.

Outside of work, you can find me in the kitchen attempting to master sourdough baking, traveling to discover hidden gems off the beaten path, and hiking and trail running around New England with my dog, Kyak.
Let's work together.
If you're navigating complex research, competing priorities, or a story that needs to reach the right people — I'd love to help.
